You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. 콘텐츠 검토

모든 생성 요청은 여러 단계에서 자동 콘텐츠 검토를 거치게 됩니다.

• 제출 전: 프롬프트와 입력 미디어는 검토를 거칩니다. 명확히 금지된 콘텐츠(노골적인 성적 내용, 잔인한 폭력 등)는 즉시 거부되며 크레딧은 차감되지 않습니다.
• 제출 후: 요청이 초기 심사를 통과하더라도, 상위 AI 제공업체가 생성 과정 중이나 생성 후에 콘텐츠를 독자적으로 거부할 수 있습니다. 이러한 거부는 최종 결정입니다.
• 콘텐츠 정책 위반은 크레딧 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 콘텐츠 검열로 인해 생성물이 거부된 경우, 해당 요청에 사용된 크레딧은 반환되지 않습니다.
• 일반적으로 거절을 유발하는 카테고리에는 다음과 같은 내용이 포함됩니다: 노골적이거나 선정적인 콘텐츠, 잔인한 폭력 묘사, 실존 인물의 외모 모방, 브랜드 또는 상표 관련 내용, 저작권이 있는 캐릭터, 정치적으로 민감한 소재 등입니다.

반복적인 콘텐츠 정책 위반은 계정 이용 제한 또는 해지로 이어질 수 있습니다.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

Disclaimer: Copyright and ownership rules for AI-generated media vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee a specific legal outcome in every market.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
