1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.

• Contenuto che coinvolge individui reali e identificabili senza la dovuta autorizzazione.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

• Le violazioni delle policy sui contenuti non danno diritto al rimborso dei crediti. Se la tua generazione viene rifiutata a causa della moderazione dei contenuti, i crediti utilizzati per quella richiesta non verranno restituiti.
• Le categorie che comunemente causano rifiuti includono: contenuti espliciti o suggestivi, violenza grafica, somiglianze con persone reali, riferimenti a marchi o trademark, personaggi protetti da copyright e materiale politicamente sensibile.

Violazioni ripetute della policy sui contenuti possono comportare restrizioni o chiusura dell'account.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
