1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others, including brand names, trademarks, and copyrighted characters.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.
• Politically sensitive content that may violate upstream provider content policies.
• Content involving real, identifiable individuals without proper authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Content Moderation

All generation requests are subject to automated content review at multiple stages:

• Before submission: Prompts and input media are screened. Clearly prohibited content (explicit sexual material, graphic violence, etc.) is rejected immediately and credits are not charged.
• After submission: Even if a request passes initial screening, upstream AI providers may independently reject the content during or after generation. These rejections are final.
• Content policy failures are not eligible for credit refunds. If your generation is rejected due to content moderation, the credits used for that request will not be returned.
• Categories that commonly trigger rejection include: explicit or suggestive content, graphic violence, real person likeness, brand or trademark references, copyrighted characters, and politically sensitive material.

Repeated content policy violations may result in account restriction or termination.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
