Refund Policy

1. Core Policy
Running high-cost AI generation models creates immediate compute expense on every request. Because of that, we generally do not issue refunds after credits have been used or an active subscription has already delivered value.
2. Eligible Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited cases, entirely at our discretion, including the following situations:
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: Your payment method was charged more than once for the same successful purchase.
- Zero Usage: You purchased recently, remain within seven days, and used none of the paid credits in the current billing period.
- Severe Service Outage: A persistent technical issue prevented meaningful access to the paid service across the active billing cycle.
3. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a platform-side technical error (server outage, processing bug, etc.), the system will return the corresponding credits to your balance automatically.
4. Content Moderation Failures
Generations that fail because they are rejected by our content moderation system or by the upstream AI provider's content policy are not eligible for credit refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, prompts or media involving explicit content, violence, real person likeness, branded or copyrighted material, and politically sensitive topics. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with our Terms of Service.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and there are no prorated refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing cycle.
