1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.
• Politisch sensibler Inhalt, der möglicherweise gegen die Inhaltsrichtlinien des Upstream-Anbieters verstößt.
• Inhalte, die echte, identifizierbare Personen ohne ordnungsgemäße Autorisierung betreffen.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Inhaltsmoderation

Alle Generierungsanfragen unterliegen einer automatisierten Inhaltsprüfung in mehreren Stufen:

• Vor der Einreichung: Eingaben und hochgeladene Medien werden überprüft. Offensichtlich unzulässige Inhalte (explizites sexuelles Material, drastische Gewaltdarstellungen etc.) werden sofort abgelehnt, und es werden keine Credits belastet.
• Nach der Einreichung: Selbst wenn eine Anfrage die erste Prüfung besteht, können die vorgelagerten KI-Anbieter den Inhalt während oder nach der Erstellung eigenständig ablehnen. Diese Ablehnungen sind endgültig.
• Bei Verstößen gegen die Inhaltsrichtlinien können keine Guthaben erstattet werden. Wird deine Erstellung aufgrund der Inhaltsmoderation abgelehnt, werden die für diese Anfrage verwendeten Credits nicht zurückerstattet.
• Kategorien, die häufig zu Ablehnungen führen, umfassen: explizite oder anzügliche Inhalte, drastische Gewaltdarstellungen, Abbilder realer Personen, Verweise auf Marken oder Warenzeichen, urheberrechtlich geschützte Figuren sowie politisch sensibles Material.

Wiederholte Verstöße gegen die Richtlinien können zur Einschränkung oder Kündigung des Kontos führen.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
