Refund Policy

1. Core Policy
Running high-cost AI generation models creates immediate compute expense on every request. Because of that, we generally do not issue refunds after credits have been used or an active subscription has already delivered value.
2. Eligible Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited cases, entirely at our discretion, including the following situations:
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: Your payment method was charged more than once for the same successful purchase.
- Zero Usage: You purchased recently, remain within seven days, and used none of the paid credits in the current billing period.
- Severe Service Outage: A persistent technical issue prevented meaningful access to the paid service across the active billing cycle.
3. Failed Generations
If a generation fails technically, returns an unusable result, or breaks due to a platform-side processing error, the system should return the corresponding credits to your balance. Those cases do not normally require a separate card refund.

Dies umfasst unter anderem Prompts oder Medien mit expliziten Inhalten, Gewalt, Abbildungen realer Personen, marken- oder urheberrechtlich geschütztem Material sowie politisch sensiblen Themen. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, dass Ihre Eingaben unseren Nutzungsbedingungen entsprechen.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and there are no prorated refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing cycle.
