1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
  • Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
  • Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Модерация контента

Все запросы на генерацию проходят автоматическую проверку содержания на нескольких этапах:

  • Перед отправкой: Промпты и входные медиа проходят проверку. Откровенно запрещённый контент (порнографические материалы, сцены жестокого насилия и т.д.) отклоняется немедленно, и средства за него не списываются.
  • После отправки: Даже если запрос проходит первоначальную проверку, вышестоящие поставщики ИИ могут самостоятельно отклонить контент во время или после генерации. Эти решения являются окончательными.
  • Возврат кредитов не предусмотрен при нарушениях политики контента. Если ваша генерация была отклонена из-за модерации контента, использованные для этого запроса кредиты не возвращаются.
  • Категории, которые часто приводят к отклонению контента, включают: откровенный или намекающий контент, жестокие сцены, изображения реальных людей, упоминания брендов или товарных знаков, защищённых авторским правом персонажей, а также политически чувствительные материалы.

Повторные нарушения политики контента могут привести к ограничению или блокировке аккаунта.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

Disclaimer: Copyright and ownership rules for AI-generated media vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee a specific legal outcome in every market.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
