1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.
• 政治的に関して敏感な内容であり、上流プロバイダーのコンテンツポリシーに違反する可能性があります。
• 適切な許可を得ていない、実在する特定可能な個人に関する内容。

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. コンテンツモデレーション

すべての生成リクエストは、複数の段階で自動コンテンツレビューの対象となります。

• 提出前の確認：プロンプトと入力メディアは事前審査されます。明らかに禁止されているコンテンツ（露骨な性的表現、過度な暴力描写など）は即座に拒否され、クレジットは消費されません。
• 投稿後について：リクエストが一次審査を通過した場合でも、上流のAIプロバイダーは生成中または生成後に独自の判断でコンテンツを拒否する可能性があります。これらの拒否は最終的な決定となります。
• コンテンツポリシー違反によるクレジット返金は対象外となります。生成物がコンテンツモデレーションにより拒否された場合、そのリクエストに使用されたクレジットは返却されません。
• 一般的に却下を引き起こすカテゴリーには、露骨または性的示唆を含むコンテンツ、生々しい暴力描写、実在人物の肖像、ブランドや商標の言及、著作権保護されたキャラクター、政治的にセンシティブな素材が含まれます。

コンテンツポリシー違反を繰り返すと、アカウントの制限や停止につながる場合があります。

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

Disclaimer: Copyright and ownership rules for AI-generated media vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee a specific legal outcome in every market.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
