1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seedance Video Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into the following categories:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, private-person deepfakes, or explicit material involving minors.
• Content that violates the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others without permission.
• Misinformation, violent extremism, hate speech, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and refunds are not guaranteed.

جميع طلبات التوليد تخضع لمراجعة آلية للمحتوى على عدة مراحل:

• قبل الإرسال: يتم فحص النصوص التوجيهية والوسائط المدخلة. يُرفض المحتوى المحظور بوضوح (المواد الجنسية الصريحة والعنف المفرط، إلخ.) على الفور ولا يتم خصم الرصيد.
• بعد الإرسال: حتى إذا نجح الطلب في الفحص الأولي، قد ترفض مزودي الذكاء الاصطناعي المحتوى بشكل مستقل أثناء أو بعد الإنشاء. هذه الرفوض نهائية.
• لا يتم استرداد الرصيد بسبب مخالفات سياسة المحتوى. إذا تم رفض إنشائك بسبب الرقابة على المحتوى، فلن يتم إرجاع الرصيد المستخدم في هذا الطلب.
• تشمل الفئات التي تُسبب عادةً الرفض: المحتوى الصريح أو المُوحي، والعنف المُصوّر، ومحاكاة الأشخاص الحقيقيين، والإشارات إلى العلامات التجارية أو الشعارات، والشخصيات المحمية بحقوق النشر، والمواد الحساسة سياسياً.

قد يؤدي تكرار مخالفة سياسة المحتوى إلى تقييد الحساب أو إنهائه.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials you submit.

Generated Outputs: Paid plans may include broader commercial usage rights for the outputs generated through your account, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

The service may be sold through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or both. Pricing, rollover rules, and plan limits are controlled by the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with advance notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific commercial or creative purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
